Vice President of Business Development, Anguil Environmental

Since 1992, Mr. Richard Grzanka (BSME, MBA) has been involved in technical sales,
application engineering and product development of air pollution control equipment for
various industrial applications. Before joining Anguil in 2001 as the Vice President of
Business Development, he was the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for
Reeco/Research-Cottrell and the Regional Vice President for Smith Engineering.
Mr. Grzanka has served as a member of several industry associations and presented
numerous times on various air pollution control topics. Most recently, he was a significant
contributor to the Global Methane Initiative conference of the UNECE group of experts on
coal mine methane in Geneva during the 2024 and 2025 sessions. In addition, he has
authored numerous technical articles and white papers regarding environmental
technologies on various industrial applications. His current responsibilities at Anguil
include business development activities for the company’s products in the Eastern United
States and International markets while managing the company’s efforts in several target
industries.

Anguil Environmental has over 45 years of experience supplying air pollution control
equipment for VOC, HAP, Odor and Particulate emission abatement, this includes; direct-
fired, catalytic, recuperative and regenerative thermal oxidizers, Cyclones, concentrator
systems, acid-gas scrubbers and other air filtration systems.
